What's the best digital camera to invest in? Something under $115.?

I am looking into the Sanyo Xacti VPC E1075 and the Sanyo VPC T1070W.

PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Canon A590 is a good choice. ($110)

    Pros:
    -Excellent Picture Quality. Same as the upper level Canon Powershots.
    -Excellent build from Canon.

    Cons:
    -You'll have to buy your own rechargeable batteries.
    -Little bit bulkier than your top of the line point and shoots

    Canon A590 IS. It's $109-+shipping at Dell, BUYDIG, and Amazon.com. It has image stabilizer, aperture/shutter priority, viewfinder, and excellent on rechargeable batteries.
    Only other one I can think of is Samsung L100.
